A flexible role that works for you

Our providers decide whether they want to work remotely, in-person, or a hybrid combination of the two. Additionally, providers have the choice of whether to work a part-time or full-time schedule. Huddle Up careers are flexible and fulfilling, offering opportunities like remote work as an SLP while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Competitive pay

Providers receive hourly compensation for both indirect and direct service time. Plus, our providers are eligible for a $250 monthly incentive (up to $3,000 per year) to spend however they choose, from childcare costs to personal expenses. Huddle Up reimburses cross-licensing fees, so providers may boost hours worked by delivering services in multiple states.

From support received from dedicated Clinical Managers to becoming part of our exclusive peer-to-peer care team network, all Huddle Up providers join a collaborative community that fosters professional development and clinical skills. Providers also have access to our technical support staff to assist them when needed.

Providers are W-2 employees

Our care team has access to company health, dental, disability, and life insurance plans. All Huddle Up providers receive accrued sick time and are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan after 6 months of employment. We also provide access to wellness programs including Peloton, Headspace, and Carrot Fertility.

Our proprietary provider platform was built by Huddle Up providers, for Huddle Up providers. The innovative software streamlines daily clinical tasks, automatically populates timecards based on the provider’s calendar, provides easy tracking of student progress, and more, enabling our team to maximize time making an impact with students.
