Each provider kicks off their employment with us by completing an in-depth paid training program, which includes cultural competency, essential clinical training, familiarization with internal systems, and access to additional support resources. In addition to receiving onboarding support, you are paired with a Clinical Manager who will work closely with you, from getting you acquainted with your caseload to continued clinical support throughout your time with Huddle Up. Additionally, all of our providers become part of an exclusive network where they can share key learnings with one another to support continuous development. Every school district also receives a dedicated Client Success Manager whose focus is to ensure you have everything you need from the district in order to best serve your students. If you have any technical support needs, our dedicated in-house provider support team is ready to help with any questions or challenges. These levels of support allow you to have the tools and guidance you need to succeed!

I think that one of my students should be assessed for additional needs. Who should I contact?

After undergoing a rigorous interviewing process, each new provider gets set up with a Clinical Manager to support them and help answer any case-specific questions they may encounter.

Additionally, our proprietary technology helps providers manage workflows more efficiently, allowing them to maximize time spent focusing on high-quality care delivery.

Is there someone to help students get set up for virtual therapy sessions?

Yes, support is available to help students get set up for virtual therapy sessions. We ask that districts provide a facilitator for all virtual sessions to ensure sessions go on smoothly. Facilitators may help bring students to and from sessions, assist with behavior management, and support with any other session preparation tasks you may need. This collaborative approach allows our virtual providers to focus on delivering high-quality care for their students. A separate facilitator is not needed for sessions where the provider is in-person with the student.
